Every Thriftspell mystery box is personally sourced and curated as a one-of-a-kind surprise around your chosen vibe. For that reason, all mystery boxes are final sale.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact team@thriftspell.madethis.app promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review your claim and make it right.

Because each box is built around your chosen vibe and the available thrift finds, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for preference, fit, style, or one-of-a-kind variation.
